Our business began in 2002 as Media Maintenance Company Limited, delivering a broad mix of Audio Visual, IT and Building Management System solutions. Founded by Steve Haines and supported by his son Tom Haines, the company quickly built a reputation for reliable audio visual & technical services.

By 2009, a growing inventory of professional Audio Visual equipment led to the launch of our hire division, 'Bristol Projector & Audio Visual Hire.' At this point, Tom Haines designed and built the original website, helping the hire service grow into a successful and recognisable brand.
Today, we continue to support a wide range of events and organisations, providing professional projector and screen hire, Audio Visual equipment rental, sound and PA systems, microphones, video cameras, recording and live streaming services. Alongside event hire, we also offer Audio Visual installation, equipment repair, maintenance, technical support and audio‑video format conversion services—ensuring complete solutions from setup to long‑term support.
We serve Bristol and the wider South West region, offering everything from simple dry-hire to fully managed production, including professional live streaming to connect with audiences worldwide.
