As many of our website visitors will know well, alongside our IT Support, Management and Contracting Services, we also provide Media Production and Audio Visual rental services. One area where these services really come together is live events—and the photo above is a great example of a project we delivered last year at the Parkway Hotel in Llantarnam, Cwmbran.

The event brought together attendees for a professional presentation and discussion, and our team was involved from both a videography and AV hire perspective. From early setup through to the final speaker, we ensured everything ran smoothly behind the scenes so the organisers could focus entirely on the content of the event.

Videography and Live Event Coverage

For this event, we handled the full videography setup, capturing the speaker presentations and audience interaction using a professional camera rig and tripod. This allowed the organisers to have a high-quality visual record of the day, suitable for internal review, future promotion, or sharing with those unable to attend in person.

Audio Visual Equipment Hire

In addition to filming, we supplied and managed the audio equipment required for a clear and professional experience throughout the room. This included:

• Microphones suitable for presentations and audience engagement

• Speakers positioned for even sound coverage

• Amplification equipment to ensure clarity without distortion

• Stands and cabling, neatly installed to maintain a professional appearance

As the image shows, careful placement of the camera, audio desk, and speakers ensured minimal disruption while delivering reliable sound and video across the venue.

The Parkway Hotel in Llantarnam is a well-known venue in Cwmbran for conferences and business events, and it was an excellent setting for this production. Working closely with the venue staff, we were able to integrate our setup seamlessly into the room layout and schedule.
